I made this up because I need more fiber and it's only 1 point for weight watchers. Well, maybe two. Here is what I did.
1 Can Garbanzo Beans
1 Can Kidney Beans
1/2 Cup of Frozen Corn
1 Green Bell Pepper Diced
1 Cucumber Diced
1 Green Onion chopped
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
4 Tablespoons White Vinegar
Seasoned Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon of Ranch powder
1/2 cup is one point
